How To Book

NO HIRE ON SUNDAYS

Hall times – music off at 10.30pm and you must vacate the hall by 11.00pm.

Requested hire times must include set up and clear up time.

Please complete the form below including details of the event.  NOTE – booking times must be entered in a 24 hour clock format e.g. 1 pm is 1300.

For those booking classes or multiple events, you can select multiple dates on the same booking provided the times are identical.

The clock on the calendar indicates a booking, hover over the date to see the times. If you are having difficulty seeing this please email or phone the parish office.

All hires incur a caretaker and deposit fee

Caretaker up to 7.30 pm – £60

after 7.30 pm – £110

Refundable deposit – £250

Monday – Friday      £37.00 per hour

Saturday                  £52.00 per hour

Children’s parties up to age 11 – £180 for 3 hours (must finish before 7.30 pm and includes the caretaker fee)
